Refund policy

We want you to love your Riv McCall piece.

Because each item is handmade to order, returns are only accepted if the item arrives damaged or if the wrong product is received. If this is the case, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending the item back and issue a refund or replacement once we’ve received and inspected it.
